  Total Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning are to be commended for coming to my rescue during one of the hottest weeks in July 2017.
  I came home from work around 7:30 p.m. to find that my heating and air unit had stopped functioning. I called Total Comfort the next morning and they sent a workman out to evaluate the situation and suggest what I should do. After 27 years of life the old unit was put to rest and a new one put in, but first the workman put a window air conditioner up in my bedroom so I would be more comfortable to sleep while they did the work. Now that is true customer service. During the working period the workmen were persistent about keeping the area free of any debris and very careful not to scratch anything which is very important to me. Then once the job was finished the explanation of how the new unit works in layman terms was greatly appreciated and the fact of how careful they were in checking that there was no air in any of the gas lines since they had to turn it off to put the new unit in. I am very pleased with my experience with Total Comfort and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.
