  Had a great experience! Had visited Best Buy where I bought the phone. They wouldn't help. At AT&T, the technician, Neil Smith, ran diagnostics but found no problem. He replaced the SIM chip, which seemed to help. He also noticed that Best Buy had screwed up my phone plan and got that corrected. Glad I went to the AT&T store and got such attentive service.
