  This is a Kiosk located in the middle of the mall. We possibly wouldn't have given it a second glance, but a few weeks ago, we brought two of my husband's Invicta watches to Zales Jewelers for battery replacement. We were told that they do battery replacements but the Invicta watches require a special tool and the process is a bit more extensive. The manager told us about SJ Express Repair and said that they would do it for about $35. I verified this afterwards, but it usually costs about $75+ to have the battery changed in these watches, and if you can't find a store close by, it involves shipping it to the manufacturer, producing your receipt, etc. One watch was a gift and the other one I purchased from Amazon, but regardless, didn't want to go that route.
  
  We talked to the gentleman at SJ Express and you can see close up that he has an array of tools and a nice little work area where he does all of the work in your presence. AND it was $38 per watch. We came back tonight knowing we'd be in the area and were able to get both watches done in about 15 minutes. He also explained a couple of features that my husband had been confused about with the watches, regarding longer battery life. He was very helpful and I'd highly recommend SJ Express for jewelry repairs, sizing, battery changes, etc. Excellent prices and great customer service. Thanks, SJ Express Repair!
