  I would like to share some most unpleasant EXPERIENCES that I have had with @winchesterSubaru, @sharrettSubaru and with @SubaruofAmericaInc. On Monday July 3rd my daughter and I visited @winchesterSubaru. I was referred to them via Subaru’s website as I am in the market for accessories for my 2017 WRX STI. When I came to the store it was not immediately clear where I should go, as they are having modifications done. I finally found the small white construction trailer in front of the showroom. I entered the door and was promptly ignored for 12 minutes,(I timed the staff as I anticipated before I got inside how this was going to go). When I finally had someone acknowledge my existence, I stated my reason for being there and was told I would have to wait for the person able to help me to get back. A young man took my order for touch-up paint, an interior light package and a vortex spoiler. He returned with pricing. I asked to have a price for installation and to set an appointment. The service advisor said it would be a two-hour job but would have to check. I left my name, phone number and e-mail address.  You can probably guess the outcome based on the fact that I now have to follow up, (isn’t that YOUR job?). The spoiler has a self-adhesive strip, the light package just needs to be plugged in and the hangers are already in place and the touch up paint just hangs out. My point being, two hours is a blatant rip-off cash grab.
  
  I contacted @SubaruOfAmericaInc and was put in touch with Kris Drechsel. He is a pro, but working for a dumpster fire. He tried to get me an appointment with @winchesterSubaru with no luck. The OEM cannot get the “dealer” to respond. He then asked me to pick another dealer, and @SharrettSubaru is the next closest store. This was September 25th. He had me reach out to Ryan Barker, which I did. I spoke with Ryan and set an appointment for Friday October 13th at 10:30AM. I arrived early, (9:45AM), set up in the customer lounge to work and wait for my car. At 10:33AM, Ryan approached me to let me know that the parts had never been ordered.
  
  @SubaruOfAmericaInc compels a person to order parts through a “dealer”. You can see what happens next. Buyer beware, the reputation that Subaru has spent a lot of money to push is a smoke screen for a non-caring mega company that could care less about their clients, has ridiculous antiquated processes for selling parts, and will either ignore you, over promise and under deliver, and insult you by wasting your time and money.
