  Upon my first arrival at the office, the atmosphere seemed to be that of a clubhouse. I was ignored for a while and once the receptionist noticed me, she rolled her eyes and seemed irritated that someone had come in to distract her from her conversation with a work associate. That was just the beginning! This is BY FAR one of the LEAST professional groups with whom I have ever had the misfortune to see. It's a shame, because I was expecting a specialist to be more professional...
